Potential Client Questionnaire
At Kilowatt Goldens, our puppies and dogs are loved members of our family and we want to know all about you and your family who they will be spending their life with. This questionnaire is not meant to be judge-mental in any way, it is merely a tool to help us in matching the type of puppy (size, age, energy level, etc.) that will best suit you, your family and your lifestyle.
Please complete all of the questions as completely as you are able. We will call you by phone or email you once we feel we have a puppy that will make a good match for you.
Our puppies are $3,000. We do not ship our puppies, you will need to drive or fly to collect your Kilowatt Golden.
